An X user filmed a pair of identical Tesla Cybertrucks driving side by side on a public highway.
And now people are scratching their heads, wondering what the ultimate goal of this test might be.

The video was shared by Cybertruck enthusiast and reservation holder Greggertruck.
Both trucks in the video sport the now familiar RC livery.
RC stands for Release Candidate.
It’s unclear what the point of this test might be, but the one thing we can tell from the video is the Cybertrucks are perfectly parallel, and maintaining the same speed.

Cybertruck spotting is becoming somewhat of a sport in Texas.
Tesla’s hyped truck will be built at Giga Texas, Tesla’s Gigafactory near the state capital Austin, and various RC trucks have been filmed and photographed in recent months.
Cross-examining all the (numerous) trucks we’ve seen, there are a few things we can conclude.
For starters, it seems the Cybertruck will only be available with the signature stainless steel finish.
Various wrap options may be available but, so far at least, no alternative paint color is on the cards.
We’ve seen two types of wheels, both are black but they’re different.
One looks more like a closed-off ‘dish’ wheel while the other resembles the type of wheel you may find on a rally car from the ’90s and early 2000s.
Further more, we know the truck bed cover is black, it almost looks like a curtain, and the interior is super minimalistic.
Spec-wise, the base model will be powered by a single engine, with Dual Motor and Tri-Motor options available on request.
Despite the truck’s size, we can expect impressive performance figures for all three, especially the range-topping Tri-Motor one.
The first few trucks will be delivered (hopefully) in the coming months, but Tesla has amassed a massive backlog of orders.
Some buyers are possibly going to have to wait years to get their Cybertruck.
