25 Land Rover hybrids set to carry some of the world’s biggest musicians around Glastonbury Festival

Land Rover is one of Britain’s most iconic vehicle manufacturers, and like lots of famous, well-established celebrities, it’ll be putting in an appearance at the Glastonbury Festival this weekend.

The British brand is responsible for iconic SUVs, such as the Range Rover and the Defender.

It recently announced the renewal of this rockin’ partnership.

And it will carry some of the world’s biggest musicians around the UK’s Glastonbury Festival.

Glastonbury – the ultimate summer festival

Glastonbury Festival is one of the global events of the summer.

The five-day festival is held every year in Glastonbury, UK.

Every year, it plays host to some of the biggest music artists on planet Earth.

Images of mile-high flags and thousands of tents are synonymous with the festival.

For the past few years, there has been another regular feature at the legendary venue.

And that festival feature has been the British brand’s presence.

For the past three years, the Land Rover Defender has served in an important capacity.

It’s served as Glastonbury’s Official Vehicle Partner since 2022.

This means that Land Rover vehicles have been responsible for transporting musicians all across the 1,500-acre site.

Land Rover continues enduring partnership with Glastonbury

And it has now been confirmed that Land Rover will continue to serve as Official Vehicle Partner for the third straight year.

In an official press release, the marque expressed its delight at continuing the partnership.

Mark Cameron, Managing Director for the Defender, had this to say.

“We’re proud to continue to support such an iconic British festival that celebrates adventure, exceptional experiences and the spirit of music – values which are at the heart of the Defender community.”

It brand officially confirmed that it will be supplying 25 electrified Land Rover Defender vehicles for the festival.

Interestingly, the cars have unofficially been involved in Glastonbury from the start.

The Eavis family, who have organized the festival since 1970, all use Land Rover vehicles on their farm.
