That’s where Airbus flight test engineer Anne Ducarouge comes in. She’s casually stripping away the mystery by walking TikTok viewers through the aircraft start-up. And as it turns out, it’s all pretty simple.
For example, starting the engines only takes two buttons. Landing light? One switch. Even the air conditioning works like the one in your car. The real surprise is the autopilot – one of the most advanced in the world. It handles speed and altitude, keeping flights safe and smooth without turning the pilot into a passenger.
Suddenly this flying machine doesn’t seem so intimidating.
