If you have a spare $23 million in the bank, and who knows, you might, you could buy your own personal race track in Aspen.
Located in Colorado, the Aspen Motorsports Park was built in 1963 and has held many incredible races over the years, but it is now up for grabs.
The track has played host to cars from the likes of Ferrari, Porsche, and more over the decades, and has acres of racing room and plenty of space for a huge mansion as well.
That’s because there’s planning permission to build a home at the race track that is seven times the size of the living space itself.

How big is the Aspen Motorsports Park?
The site for the track occupies 45 acres of land and 1,300 square feet of living space.
That also allows for a living space seven times the size to be built on the living space.
In terms of the track, it is 1.1 miles long, with a shorter off-road track and a go-kart circuit also included in the price.
Aspen Motorsports Park is located just a 10-minute drive from downtown.
The circuit is also just four miles from the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport.
It offers an interesting challenge, with its high elevation, and the track sits 7,900 feet above sea level.
That means there’s less oxygen for the engines, and more downforce is required.
What else comes with your own personal race track?
Along with the track itself, you get some glorious scenery to enjoy, too.
The hills of the surrounding area provide the perfect backdrop for this amazing venue.
Plus, there are acres of land and living space that the lucky buyer will be able to make full use of.
The circuit itself came about after Colorado Governor Edwin C. Johnson banned racing on public roads.
Locals couldn’t imagine a life without racing, hence the push to build the circuit.
The circuit officially opened on July 27th, 1963, and at the time of writing, currently hosts the Aspen Racing and Racing Sports Car Club.
