On a recent episode of Radio Andy’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” Jeff spoke with special guests Luann de Lesseps and Kristen Taekman about their former “The Real Housewives of New York City” castmate Carole Radziwill.
“I loved her on that show,” Jeff said. “I loved her. How is your relationship with her?”
“Okay,” Luann replied. “I mean, we’re not — I don’t call her in the middle of the night … I’ve got my other issues with her, which is, you know, she’s not really that truthful about certain things.”
She added, “Let’s just say Aviva [Drescher] was correct … She had the wrong person, but she was correct,” most likely referencing Aviva’s comments that Carole used Bill Whitworth as a ghostwriter for her 2005 memoir, “What Remains.”
“This isn’t going to help the relationship,” Jeff noted.
“Listen, Carole is Carole. And, you know, I don’t have a relationship with her. I never really did. We were never really close,” Luann explained, adding that she’s also “pleasant” to former castmate Bethenny Frankel but not close with her either.
“That’s what we do. We’re pleasant, and then we move on,” she added.
“Jeff Lewis Live” airs weekdays at 12pm ET/PT on Radio Andy (Ch. 102). Stream full episodes anytime on the SiriusXM app.
