During his July 11 and 12 shows at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida, as part of his current headlining I’m The Problem Tour, Morgan Wallen teased fans during his nightly stage walkout video by swapping out his usual walkout song and instead introducing a clip of a remixed version of his song “Miami,” featuring Lil Wayne and Rick Ross.

Now, he’s released the new collaboration version of the song, which also incorporates elements of Keith Whitley’s 1985 hit “Miami, My Amy,” which was written by Dean Dillon, Hank Cochran and Royce Porter.

Of course, this is far from Wallen’s first hip-hop and rap collaboration. The country star previously collaborated with Lil Durk on the songs “Broadway Girls” (which topped the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart in 2022) and “Stand By Me.” He also teamed with Moneybagg Yo for the song “Whiskey Whiskey.” Additionally, Wallen made a cameo in the music video for Drake’s song “You Broke My Heart” in 2023. Drake also was one of Wallen’s walkout guests on his I’m The Problem Tour, during his June 21 show in Houston.

Since the release of his new, 37-song album I’m the Problem in May, the project spent its first two months atop the all-genre Billboard 200, and spurred Billboard Hot 100-topping songs including “What I Want” (with Tate McRae) and “Love Somebody,” and the top 10 hits “Lies Lies Lies,” “I Got Better,” and the top 5 hits “I’m The Problem” and “Just in Case.”
