There’s nothing more humiliating than your car breaking down in front of people, but this Tesla Cybertruck owner was even more embarrassed as his EV broke down in front of dozens of kids playing baseball, a true nightmare.

A situation that started with the Ohio EV driver attempting to be a good dad and take his son to a Little League baseball match ended in disaster because his Tesla glitched and broke down into the dreaded ‘limp mode’.

The rabble of baseball-playing children quickly turned on the Cybertruck driver and the EV they thought was cool before, suddenly became the subject of mockery.

This unfortunate Ohio-based Tesla Cybertruck owner had a small disaster when his EV’s slightly misaligned frunk, also known as a front trunk, turned on him in front of a group of baseball-playing children.

The Ohio dad posted the sorry story on a Tesla Cybertruck Owners’ forum on Facebook, saying that his 10-year-old son’s baseball bag was inside his front trunk.

But it wasn’t fully latched, allowing a few inches of up and down movement.

The EV knew that the Cybertruck trunk was not fully closed, so it went into the dreaded limp mode, meaning it couldn’t go any faster than 15MPH.
