Jeff Fell had been a pilot for American Airlines for 32 years, and on his retirement flight, he was joined by family and friends whom he thanked for their support and love.
“Thank you all for coming along with me and celebrating a very memorable time in my life,” Fell said with a shaking voice.
When Fell landed his plane in Chicago on his final flight, he received a water cannon salute, a traditional gesture for significant events in aviation. There probably wasn’t a dry eye on that flight! Check out the video above.
