This hypersonic commercial plane would travel faster than ever
This Industrial and Concept Designer shared a concept plane he’d invented on Instagram, so his followers could see his awesome plan.
Since Concorde, a tidal wave of people have tried to recreate the success of the supersonic plane. But this aircraft shows us going right past supersonic, and straight into hypersonic.
The designer is Oscar Viñals. And he named his concept hypersonic commercial plane A•HyM, posting the videos on Instagram alongside an interesting caption.

Hypersonic travel is certainly on the horizon. Which means being able to cross the ocean in just a couple of hours will happen in the near future.
It probably won’t be long until we see planes like the A•HyM in the skies. Clearly, Viñals himself believes it’s more than possible.
“Hypersonic commercial flights promise to revolutionize the way we travel, reaching speeds more than five times the speed of sound,” he said.
While the A•HyM is just a concept, we can expect similar planes to hit the skies, hopefully, in the near future.
