John Cena has proven he knows his cars by revealing his daily driver, and it isn’t a Bugatti or a Lamborghini.

The former WWE star has always been passionate about cars and has amassed quite an impressive collection over the years, featuring a range of American muscle cars and exotic supercars.

However, when it comes to daily driving, Cena prefers to take a lower profile and drive around in something a bit more mundane and everyday.

As it turns out, the wrestling star likes to drive around in a Honda Civic Type R when he isn’t using a Plymouth Superbird.

Why John Cena drives a Honda Civic Type R

Cena actually bought a 2024 Honda Civic Type R almost by accident.

A year ago, he posted that he took his 2021 Civic Type R in for a service.

It was during that visit that he saw the 2024 car.

Falling in love with the new model, he bought it and decided his old one could go to a new home.

Cena does do some work for Honda, being the voice of some of its commercials.

What a day! Brought my ‘21 Civic Type R in for service and saw brand new @Honda ‘24 Type R and fell in love! Thanks to the folks @WC_Honda for all the help and some more horsepower! For those asking.. yes my ‘21 Boost Blue Civic is there now and looking for a new home
