Leaked footage of finished Cybertruck creates frenzy around particular part

A Tesla fan who goes by Randomness2646 on TikTok shared footage of several seemingly delivery-ready Cybertruck models at Giga Texas.

The clip is a bit low-res but it was still enough to make people worry about one thing in particular.

The video was deleted from TikTok just hours later, but it had already gone viral, and it’s been since reposted and reshared on other social media platforms including YouTube.

The one thing people are worried about is the size of frunk, i.e. front trunk.

Users immediately took to the comments section.

Most are concerned that the Cybertruck’s frunk may a bit too small, especially when compared to that of the Ford F-150 Lightning.

“It looks much smaller than a [Ford] Lightning frunk for sure,” one user said.

“[It] looks a bit small, though,” another user wrote.

Not everyone agrees, though.

“I think it’s bigger than it might look from that photo,” a third user pointed out.

Whether by design or not, Tesla is fueling the hype for the Cybertruck.

Not a day goes by without new leaked footage or images on Reddit, X or YouTube, but Tesla is still keeping details under wraps.

As things stand, we still don’t know whether the tri-motor version coincides with the ‘kick-a*s Performance‘ version Musk talked about.

We don’t have a price yet, nor do we have a date for the Cybertruck Delivery Event.

Although, on the bright side, the event is indeed confirmed.

It’ll happen, we just don’t know when.

Further more, Cybertruck reservation holders are increasingly worried about delivery times.

Musk says Tesla can produce up to 375,000 trucks per year with Giga Texas running at full capacity.

Sounds great, but even at that rate it’ll take about five years to produce 1.9 million Cybertrucks.

This is because, so far, Tesla has accrued 1.9 million pre-orders for the all-electric pickup truck.
