Tesla Cybertruck vs. Ram 3500 tug of war has a clear winner, not a fair fight

This Tesla Cybertruck took on a Ram 3500 in a tug of war which had a clear winner, but it wasn’t a fair fight.

We’ve seen a lot of tug of wars over the years, and they nearly always involve a Cybertruck.

People are really keen to push the EV to its limits.

But when put up against a Ram 3500, how would it fare?

For some reason, people love putting trucks up against each other in a tug of war.

Well, we say ‘for some reason’, but it’s no great mystery.

You see two powerful trucks sitting side by side, you’ll inevitably want to see which one is the top dog.

We’ve seen various rivalries put to the test in this way.

And invariably, the Tesla Cybertruck keeps appearing in videos of this nature.

It’s gone up against a Humvee, a Ford F-150, and a Rivian R1T Tri, just to name a few.

In another clip, the Cybertruck was put up against the Ram 3500.

One creator previously pitted the two trucks against each other, and the results there were clear – it was a home run for the Ram.

But would it be such a decisive victory the second time around?

A video reshared on YouTube showed a rather different state of affairs, as the Cybertruck took control of the Ram 3500 with ease.

While the Ram generated a ton of smoke spinning its wheels, its opponent barely seemed to be breaking a sweat.

Insomuch as a metallic truck could break a sweat, mind you.

In an effort to even out the playing field, the video creators loaded 500LBS of garbage into the Ram and 300LBS into the Cybertruck.

But it was all for naught, as the Cybertruck still drove away as the clear winner.

The video suggested that the Cybertruck’s locking differentials gave it an advantage over its opponent.
