Supercar Blondie 2023 Giveaway is powered by Vantage Global Limited Reg. No. 700271 (herein “the Company” or “Vantage”) to the Company’s clients and non-clients (“participants”).

GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This giveaway starts on Monday 4th December 2023 (12.30pm GMT) to Sunday 10th December 2023 (11.59pm GMT), both dates inclusive. Only entries as defined below received by Supercar Blondie during the giveaway period are eligible to participate in the giveaway. 

2. Participation in the giveaway is free and voluntary. It is open to everyone aged 18 years and above.

3. By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as published on the website of the Company. You represent and warrant that all details you have provided are true, accurate and complete.
4. Supercar Blondie reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate this Giveaway or amend any of its Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion.
5. In case of any suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms and Conditions, Supercar Blondie reserves the right to reject/refuse any entries to the giveaway, cancel/alter/reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and/or withdraw the eligibility of any participants, at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability to any person. Supercar Blondie further reserves the right to disqualify or reject any participant at any stage of the Giveaway without any notice or justification.
6. Supercar Blondie’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of the Giveaway. Supercar Blondie is not obliged to address or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to this Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY DETAILS

7. The giveaway will be posted on Supercar Blondie’s official Instagram page.

8. To be eligible, participants are required to do the following during the giveaway Period:
i.  Comment “pick me” on the Instagram post and tag 3 friends.
ii. The entrant must follow Vantage official global Instagram account @vantagemarkets

9. Handles submitted will be verified. Following us with a fake or sub account(s) will not

be considered as a valid referral.
9. Each participant can only submit one (1) entry to the giveaway. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant submits multiple entries to the giveaway, only the first valid entry will be eligible for the giveaway.

10. An entry will only be valid if it has been posted successfully to the giveaway post and the entry always remains visible to the public during the giveaway period.
11. A total of 8 eligible participants will be selected randomly as the winner at the end of the giveaway period in accordance with clause 8.

PRIZE

12. The prize for the competition will be 8 x iPhone 15 Pro (128GB²) 

13. At the end of the giveaway, 8 winners who met the conditions outlined in clause 8 will be selected at random and awarded the prize stated in clause 12. 

14.. Supercar Blondie will announce the winners of the giveaway in an Instagram story from the  Supercar Blondie (@supercarblondie) account and tag Vantage Market’s (@vantagemarkets) within 10 working days from the end of the giveaway. 

15. The winners will be notified by a private Instagram message from Supercar Blondie’s Instagram account. The winners will be required to provide Supercar Blondie with their full name, residential address,  email address and phone number to arrange for shipping of their prizes. Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information as per requirements. The information collected will be used only for the purpose of this giveaway. 

16. If the winner’s Instagram account is private, Supercar Blondie will request to follow the winner’s account and the winner has 24 hours to accept this request. If the winner fails to reply within 24 hours then Supercar Blondie and Vantage Global Limited will select another winner. 

17. The winner has 24 hours to reply to the message from Supercar Blondie with their address details and any other details requested. If any winner fails to reply within 24 hours from the time of the message, the unclaimed prize(s) may be forfeited. No payment or compensation of any kind will be made for any unclaimed, uncollected, misplaced, or stolen prize(s).
18. The winners will be required to provide all information requested in order for the prize to be fulfilled. Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information as per requirements. The information collected will be used only for the purpose of this giveaway.
19.. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
20.. Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) prize only.

21. All prizes are not guaranteed and subject to availability. In the event that any prize under this giveaway is unavailable or unable to be delivered, Supercar Blondie and Vantage Global Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item of similar value or trading credit worth at least 80% of the estimated value of the prize or reward in concern. 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Supercar Blondie and Vantage Global Limited reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
• Supercar Blondie and Vantage Global Limited may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Supercar Blondie’s and Vantage Market’s website.
